WiseUp ("we", "us") is a K2U Learning Systems initiative based in South Africa. We are the responsible party for any personal information you share with us, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

- Account details: name, email, phone number.
- Membership details: tier, billing history, programme participation.
- Payment details: processed by PayFast — we never store card or banking details.
- Usage data: pages visited, resources downloaded, webinars attended.
3. How we use your information
- To provide and personalise your membership experience.
- To process payments and send invoices.
- To communicate updates, webinars and programme news.
- To improve our content and services.
4. Sharing your information
We share information only with trusted service providers needed to run WiseUp — including PayFast (payments), our email and hosting providers, and our coaches assigned to your tier. We never sell your personal information.
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. Payment data is handled entirely by PayFast on PCI-compliant infrastructure.
6. Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@wiseup.co.za.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work as expected.
