Refund Policy

Cancellations, refunds and how to get help.

1. Monthly memberships

WiseUp memberships are billed monthly in advance via PayFast. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current paid month. Because our memberships unlock immediate access to digital content, monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

2. 7-day satisfaction window (new members)

If you sign up for a Basic or Premium membership for the first time and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment at info@wiseup.co.za. Provided you have not downloaded a substantial portion of the content, we will refund your first month's fee in full.

3. Elite tier

The Elite tier is by invitation only and includes high-touch coaching and programme delivery. Refunds for Elite are handled case-by-case and discussed during onboarding.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

If PayFast charges you in error (duplicate payment, incorrect amount), email info@wiseup.co.za within 30 days. We will verify with PayFast and refund any confirmed error in full, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. How to cancel

Email info@wiseup.co.zawith the subject "Cancel membership" and the email address on your account. We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues directly and far faster.
