1. About WiseUp

WiseUp is a K2U Learning Systems initiative based in South Africa. By accessing this website or purchasing a WiseUp membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase a membership.

2. Memberships

WiseUp offers tiered memberships (Basic, Premium and Elite). Each tier provides access to specific resources, programmes and coaching as described on the Membership page. Premium and Elite tiers may require application or invitation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are payable monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely via PayFast. By subscribing, you authorise WiseUp (via PayFast) to charge the recurring monthly amount until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@wiseup.co.za. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month. Please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute WiseUp content (including videos, modules, magazines and worksheets) without written permission. Accounts found sharing credentials may be suspended without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and inside the membership area is owned by or licensed to K2U Learning Systems. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning while your membership is active.

7. Limitation of Liability

WiseUp provides educational and developmental resources. We do not guarantee any specific academic, financial or career outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, WiseUp's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
